  Unfortunately my experience with Ray White Kalamunda today was appalling. I was asked by a neighbor to drop some documents into there office today advising that they would not be renewing their lease which is due for renewal in February 2017 (I am not even a client of theirs). I had two documents and copies for each document which clearly stated "copy". I requested that the documents be signed stating that originals had been received at this office, they agreed to sign one and not the other, the document that they did not want to sign was a "bond release" form with no amounts in the fields for obvious reasons. The property manager advised that she did not think she could use this form as bonds are completed online but I explained that whether it was used or not I just wanted her to acknowledge that they had taken the original, she asked another staff member and she also flat out said "NO", they took the form however. They then asked why I was dropping the form in, I explained that all parties on the lease where working and as I was coming up to Kalamunda and that I offered to drop the forms in. Even though the documents where fully executed by all parties, this was not good enough, they wanted an email or phone call from the tenants. When I left the office I telephoned the tenant and explained what had happened and how rudely I had been treated so he phoned to sort, apparently he was hung up on. I left that office today absolutely disgusted with the way I was spoken to and treated, it was very unprofessional. I know the owners of the property personally and will be advising them that I do not believe that this agent is working in the best interest of the property owner. Lets see how long this property sits on the market when it becomes vacant? Would I recommend Ray White Kalamunda, absolutely not, unless their attitude changes and they use some manners I would highly suggest if people are looking for someone to look after their rental properties look elsewhere.
